10/28 Announcement

Dear NY UBF Family Members,

"As Paul talked about righteousness, self-control and the judgment to come, Felix was afraid and said, 'That's enough for now! You may leave. When I find it convenient, I will send for you.'" (Acts 24:25)

we learned that Paul spoke to Felix about righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come with boldness. We also reflected that Felix rejected the opportunity God gave him to accept Jesus. Let us pray that when the Holy Spirit touches our hearts, whether to receive Jesus or commit to Him, we won't postpone our decision. May we respond today and live the blessed life God desires for us.

This Thursday, October 31, from 5:00 PM, we will host the Holy Win Celebration at the church. Please pray that our children have a joyful time in Jesus through this event.

This Friday, November 1, from 8:00-9:30 PM, M. Moses Y. Kang will share his recent experiences visiting key Reformation sites in Europe. Let's pray that many will attend and be inspired to live by the spirit of the Reformation.

If you wish to attend the Latin America International Conference in Mexico from April 17-20, 2025, please let me know via text or email. The invitation card is attached.

We will launch the Campus Ministry Team this week. Specific details will be sent by email to those who applied. Applications are still open, so please fill out the form if you'd like to join. Below is the link to the application form.

Baby Sean Lee was born to the family of Joseph & Josephine Lee! Please pray for Josephine's full recovery and for Sean to grow in good health, both physically and spiritually. His photo is attached.

Please continue to pray for our church to grow as:

A Spirit-Filled Community
A Campus Mission-Centered Church
A Multicultural and Multigenerational Congregation

Please pray for God's healing grace upon our co-workers in need. Pray for Becky Song that her weekly chemotherapy treatments will be effective and bring complete healing from cancer. M. Peter & Mary Song will visit her; let's pray for their safe travel. Thank you for your prayers for M. Paul & Sarah Kim. Their surgeries were successful, and we ask for continued prayers for their speedy recovery.

May the Lord's grace and presence empower you to have a victorious week.
