10/21 Announcement
"Take courage! As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome." (Acts 23:11)
No matter our challenges, may we hear Jesus' voice saying, "Take courage!" and overcome them with faith. We thank Ain Lee for the beautiful special music yesterday. Let's pray for our children to know Jesus more and grow as God's people.
Please pray for the Young Adults Praise & Worship Night on Friday, October 25, at 7:30 pm. May God bless it with many college students and young adults attending and receiving the word of God. The invitation card is attached for your use. P. Juan Seo will share the message based on Genesis 3. Please pray for him to prepare well and deliver God's word deeply.
This week's Friday meeting will be replaced by the Praise & Worship Night. The Young Adults Praise & Worship Night will be streamed on YouTube, so those who are not young adults can join via YouTube. While non-young adults are also welcome to join in person, we ask for your cooperation to create a welcoming environment for our young attendees. Please consider the following:
Fellowship Time (7:30–8:00 pm): Young adults will gather for dinner and fellowship. Please help that the fellowship time centers around young adults, speaking in English.
Seating Arrangement: It would be appreciated if young adults could sit at the worship hall's front.
Small Group Discussions: It would be great to arrange small group discussions so young adults can form groups and engage in discussions among themselves.
As announced during last Sunday's Worship Service, we are forming a Campus Ministry Team. If you are interested in joining the Campus Ministry Team, please submit your application form by the end of this week. We especially encourage college students and young adults to participate actively. Attached are the application form and the status of applications received so far.
We kindly ask all members to download and register for the NY UBF Mobile App. Moving forward, this app will be the primary tool for church communication. Please stay connected through the app to receive updates and stay informed about our ministry activities. You can wat the tutorial video about the NY UBF Mobile App through the link below:

Please continue praying for our church to become:
A Spirit-Filled Community
A Campus Mission-Centered Church
A Multicultural and Multigenerational Congregation
Please pray for God's healing grace upon our co-workers in need. Please pray for Becky Song so that her weekly chemotherapy treatments will be effective and bring full healing from cancer. M. Paul Kim will undergo surgery on October 22, and M. Sarah Kim on October 25. Please pray for a smooth operation and recovery.
May God continue to strengthen and guide us through His word in the Book of Acts.
