9/9 Announcement
We learned about Apostle Paul's ministry in Corinth. His example of a self-supporting mission alongside Priscilla and Aquila's house church ministry sets a powerful model for us. May God comfort and strengthen our coworkers who carry the dual burden of God's ministry and self-supporting.
Let us all listen to Jesus' words: "Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent."
This fall semester, let's pray for strong commitment to campus evangelism and discipleship.
Congratulations on Sara Shin's CBF graduation and Daniel Park, Sharon Lee, and Sophie Kang's BBF graduation! Please pray that our children can grow in wisdom and stature and favor with God and man, as Jesus did. A special thank you to our BBF and CBF teachers for their dedicated service.
We would also like to congratulate Yohan and Jina once again on their wedding. Thank you, Msn. Joseph and Maria Kim, for providing such a generous lunch yesterday.
As we study Apostle Paul's disciple-making ministry in Ephesus this week, we may also focus more on disciples-making ministry. To this end, we plan to transition our Friday meetings into discipleship meetings to raise next-generation leaders. There may be a schedule adjustment depending on the availability of those interested, but until a final decision is made, we will continue to meet on Fridays.
This Friday, from 8:00 to 9:30 PM, we will have a prayer meeting for campus evangelism and discipleship in the church worship hall. Your participation would be greatly appreciated.
Please continue to pray for our coworkers who need Jesus' healing grace. Msn. Joseph Han will undergo surgery this Thursday to remove a tumor. Please pray for a successful surgery and complete recovery. Let's also continue to pray for Msn. Ruth Lim and Msn. Becky Song.
May we all experience victory through the Word of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit this week. I appreciate your dedication to God's mission. Let's keep one another in prayer as we continue to serve.
